The barbecue facilities are basic but functional, though you'll appreciate having the ocean breeze to clear any smoke. What struck me most was the park's natural, unpretentious character - no fancy playground equipment or manicured gardens, just honest green space where families can spread out comfortably. The toilets are a practical touch for longer visits, particularly with young children in tow. While hardly elaborate, this reserve succeeds as a reliable family destination where the views provide the entertainment and the facilities cover the basics without fuss.
